At-Home Skin Care Devices

In our world today, there are countless at-home skin care devices hitting store shelves.  Thanks to technology we’re now able to get skin care devices to use in the comfort of our own home, using products that were only found in high-end spas and dermatology offices before.  It’s incredible to see the resources that are being made readily available to us because of technology.  It’s even more exciting that they’re skin care related – hello at-home results!  We all love being able to do things from home and skin care is no different.  We’re breaking down a few of the at-home skin care devices along with their benefits.

Clarisonic has been around for a while now and definitely made a splash.  Naturally, there are now different versions of the product.  The original Clarisonic brush was created to help users get deep cleaning accomplished in their skin care routine.  The brush is said to help eliminate dead skin cells, dirt, and stimulate pores.  Then they stepped it up to the Clarisonic Plus which has additional speeds to it, as well as the ability to switch the head of the brush for a bigger one that’s been designed to use on other parts of your body (the biggest difference).

Baby Quasar
This at-home skin care device is an LED treatment product.  Essentially, LED treatment is a red light that produces infrared light and red light frequency to help stimulate the body and assist it in producing the light into cellular energy.  In turn, your body responds by producing additional collagen and aids in removing scar tissue and/or additional pigmentation.  This at-home device is used for the purpose of anti-aging as well as assisting with any hyperpigmentation issues.  High-end salons have been using LED treatments for a while but we can now get the results from home!

Tanda Anti-Aging
Another LED at-home device.  The big difference between this product and Baby Quasar is there’s an interchangeable head of the product.  They have different heads to treat different skin care needs.  It does have a little difference in the lighting produced from the Baby Quasar, as well.  The original Tanda LED product is said to be great for anti-aging purposes, treating hyperpigmentation, and boost collagen production.

These are just a few of the most popular at-home skin care devices on the market right now.  Of course, there are countless others.  If you’re considering purchasing an at-home skin care device it’s important to do some research.  Since the products are a bit of an investment, it’s worth spending some time to read reviews, research the brand, and really seek out the best option for you and your skin’s needs.
