At Lionesse Gem, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your products, we would happily offer product exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds at this time.
For products purchased in person, please return to the retail location where the item was originally purchased. Be sure to bring your receipt and all product packaging.
If your product was purchased online, please contact our customer service center at 1-877-402-2476 during office hours (Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 4:30 pm and Friday: 9 am – 2:30 pm) to initiate a product exchange.
Notes on products for exchanges:
- Products must be returned in original packaging and include all accessories, user guides, and certification.
- Products must be returned with a purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- Products that have been damaged or defaced are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Any additional charges (e.g. postage) will be incurred at the customer’s expense.
- Products that are damaged, delayed or lost in transit are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lionesse is not responsible for the return parcel and its contents until it arrives on Lionesse premises safely.
- Please use postage tracking if you are returning a purchased product via mail.
